Carol Griffith, Ph.D.
Dr. Carol Griffith received her doctoral training at
the State University of New York at Buffalo and her training in clinical
neuropsychology at the Crestwood Children’s Center’s psychology internship program
(then affiliated with the University of Rochester) in Rochester, N.Y. She
recently retired from the St. Lawrence County Community Services Mental Health
Clinic in Canton, N.Y. , after over 13 years as their
Neuropsychologist and Child Psychologist, to pursue private practice full
time. Prior to that, she was the Chief
Supervising Psychologist at the Cedar Street Children’s Day Treatment Program
in Syracuse, N.Y. Dr. Griffith has also
held academic positions as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the State
University of New York at Brockport, and at Northwestern State University of
Louisiana, and has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychology at the
State University of New York at Buffalo, and the State University College of
New York at Buffalo. In private practice
for over 25 years, Dr. Griffith brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and
empathy to her clients, from preschoolers to seniors, in the areas of clinical
psychology and neuropsychology.
